My Review

This book is a standalone, but the series intertwines with the other characters in a band called Epic Fail. This book is about the drummer, Dax, and a woman named Giselle. Both of whom have been hurt by the one's they loved and so many lies. So how do two people learn to trust again? This is told in both views and alternates from past to present at times. It made this very unique & different! I loved it & can't wait for more!

Warning- Very Hot!

This is the first book that I've read by this author, Sapphire Knight! So if you haven't read any other part of her MC series, you can read this! This is a standalone! However, I warn you now, you will become addicted and start reading from the beginning! I understood Princess' intentions and how she was trying to protect her family from her Pres. MC father. By doing so, she runs into Viking, a Nomad. Things get hot and heavy from the start, for different reasons. When she lands herself in a hot mess, Viking steps up. Viking is...Yes please, that hot! You want more to this story, you need to read the book! This is not a cute, lovey dovey MC romance! This is gritty, bloody, hot as sin, give me more MC book! Again, it can be read as a standalone and is a must read!

My Review:

This book is hot and I was also a captive! The bonus book, Ruthless, was...well, I think I just started breathing! Both were hot and amazing, but back to Captive! This is a standalone, but there's a book, Saved by the Outlaw, which has Mikhail's brother. You don't have to read one to read the other, but I loved both! Mikhail is a hitman & while on a job, takes Alicia. Alicia was...wrong place wrong time, and Mikhail can't bring himself to kill an innocent. They both fall hard; however, the bravata knows there's a witness & this already hot & heavy, fast paced & action packed book makes you forgot anything you may need to do! So clear your calendar!
