Colliding Into Love & Meeting Chaos
This is the first book in the standalone Dirty Down South Series and this author tackled it! I can't wait for more! I loved this book, which is different from Sapphire Knight's other books, but it still has her flare and leaves you craving more! This is a must read! Kadence Winters is an independent, beautiful woman (that gets overlooked because she dresses to be comfortable), hard-working college student, who would rather be reading than partying. She has always been been careful on who she lets into her life and for good reason. Until she literally runs into and gets knocked down by the college's football star athlete, Tyler Owens. He is Alabama University's "golden boy," who is also hot as sin and a player. He is intrigued by Kadence, who doesn't fall all over herself to get to him like others do, and seems to want to avoid him. Neither can figure out why the other is appealing to them, but they enjoy each others company, jokes, and there's so much about the other that they didn't think they would ever want, yet they grow closer.
